Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease that is transmitted by the Aedes aegepti mosquito, and can cause outbreaks and death in a short time. DHF generally occurs in childhood. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the Drug Related Problems (DRPs) of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in pediatric patient Installation of Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung for the period July – December 2021. This research is a non-experimental study with a retrospective evaluative descriptive design. The research material used was in the form of medical record sheets for pediatric DHF patient in 2021. The result showed that the characteristics of pediatric DHF patients were mostly found in the age group 6 – 12 years (65,91%). Gender distribution is 59,1% (female), and 40,1% (male). Length of treatment for 2 – 6 days. The number of drugs given to patients is 3 - 9 kinds of drugs (31,82%). The most widely administered groups of drugs were analgesics – antipyretics (100%) and electrolytes (100%). The type of drug most often given is paracetamol (100%). The route of administering of the drugs given to the patient is orally (100%), parenteral (100%) and topical (2,27%). The most common dosage forms given to pediatric DHF patients are infusion (100%) and injection (95,45%). From the results of the study, there were 4 cases of Drug Related Problems (DRPs) including no need for drugs (13,64%), need drugs (11,36%), dosage too low (4,55%) and dosage too high (2,27%).
