Abstract

Storage system for pharmaceutical preparations is very important to support good pharmaceutical services, so the drug storage system must be good so that drugs are safe (not lost), avoid physical damage and keep their quality guaranteed, in accordance with drug storage standards at the Public Health Center. This study aims to evaluate the drug storage system in the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Sopa'ah Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. This descriptive study aims to obtain comprehensive information on how the drug storage system is in the Pharmacy Warehouse of Sopa'ah Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is direct observation using checklist data, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on the drug storage system in the Pharmacy Warehouse of Sopa'ah Health Center, Pamekasan Regency, it is in the good category with an overall yield percentage of 87.5% with four parameters, namely Warehouse requirements 84% ​​good category, drug storage system 86% good category, stock card recording 100 % in good category, and 80% of drug quality observation in good category, Sopa'ah Health Center Need to make improvements in the drug storage system and add human resources in terms of pharmacy to carry out pharmaceutical work more optimally and to ensure proper storage of drugs and according to the standards set in an effort to support pharmaceutical services at the health
