Abstract

Every birth is associated with bleeding, because all births, whether vaginal or abdominal (Section Caesarea), are always accompanied by bleeding. In vaginal delivery, bleeding can occur before, during or after delivery. Bleeding is said to be physiological if the blood loss does not exceed five hundred ml in vaginal delivery and not more than one thousand ml in Sectio Caesarea, The limits of care that will be provided are continuous midwifery care Continuity Of Care (COC) starting from TM III pregnant women with a risk of HPP (multigravida), until the period of contraceptive/family planning use, Increasing knowledge and experience for mothers about the factors that play a role in the occurrence of HPP in pregnant women, so that it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of HPP
