This complaint is usually caused by pressure on the bladder, because the fetus is getting bigger.From the results of the examination, it was found that in the third trimester of pregnancy Mrs "D" experienced frequent urination, during the birth process Mrs "D" had a loose umbilical cord coil and the 3 day old baby experienced physiological jaundice, physiological weight was determined, during the postpartum Mrs "D" experienced irregular milk production and was afraid when defecating. And during family planning visits there were no complications or problems occurring in the mother's health that needed to be worried about, after continuous care was carried out in continuity of care and documentation was carried out using SOAP management. where this care was applied to Mrs "D" GI P0000 A000 gestational age 40 weeks 5 days, alive, single, head position, intrauterine, normal birth canal impression, good general condition.
