Abstract

The postpartum period starts from the birth of the placenta until the condition of the reproductive organs returns to what it was before pregnancy. Based on the scope of midwifery care, this final project report covers pregnant women (multiparity) in the third trimester, women giving birth, postpartum women with puerperal sepsis puerpuralis, newborns and family planning with continuity of care. Pregnant women are advised to attend counseling about pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, as well as reading books about preventing postpartum sepsis puerperalis the postpartum period.
