Abstract

Pregnancy is an exciting and tiring conditionbecause during the pregnancy process the nutrients needed by the fetus are 100% obtained through mother's body. During pregnancy, physiological changes occur that pregnant women will experience because during pregnancy blood volume increases while blood cells The amount of red is less so it needs more additional iron forms hemoglobin. Hemoglobin functions to distribute oxygen throughout the body, if hemoglobin decreases then there is a risk of experiencing anemia in pregnancy. Based on WHO, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in the world around 14% on average, in industrial countries 56% and in developing countries between 35%-75%. Globally, 52% of women are pregnant in developing countries suffer from anemia. This figure is greater than the anemia rate in pregnant women in industrialized countries are only 20%. Based on data2023 at PMB Siti Zainab Pamekasan Regency that out of 100 pregnant women will get 10% of pregnant women experience anemia.This final project report is case-based with ongoing care continuity of care is a preliminary survey carried out at PMB Siti Zainab Pamekasan district in 2024 there will be 10% of 100 pregnant women with
The incidence of anemia in Pamekasan Regency starts from pregnancy until the election contraception and documented using SOAP management where This care was carried out on Mrs. "N" GVP3002A100, UK 38 weeks, alive, single, head, intrauterine, normal birth canal, general condition of mother and fetus is good.Based on the care given to Mrs "N" it can be concluded that Comprehensive ongoing midwifery care resulted in the mother experiencing mild anemia during pregnancy so the mother was advised to consume food nutrition, adequate rest, reducing heavy activity and consumption Fe tablets 1x1. During delivery the mother did not experience any complications. during the postpartum period Mothers are advised to make repeat visits on the third and 7th day. During family planning Mothers are advised to use birth control that does not inhibit breast milk production. so that mothers can minimize the occurrence of complications both in pregnancy and family planning.
