Sore nipples is a condition of trauma to the mother's nipples in the form of wounds or cracks and

slit shaped. Blisters on the mother's nipples usually occur early in the first week of breastfeeding and when the child starts teething

The diagnosis in the final assignment report is comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "S" with the risk of sore nipples in primigravida in PMB Mogita, Pamekasan district. Mrs "S" pregnancy visit on February 22 2024 with frequent complaints  pee. The care given to Mrs "S" was to tell the mother to cut back drinks such as coffee or tea and recommend drinking more mineral water  during the day and reduce at night because it triggers more urine production. The birth process for Mrs "S" on March 18 2024 was delivered by SC because the mother experienced complications with premature rupture of membranes. So a referral was made to Hospital. The baby's weight was normal but congenital abnormalities were found in the mouth The baby was labioskiziz and was given support and advised to undergo surgery cleft lip when he is old enough. During the postpartum period, two visits were made  with the first visit on day 5 and the second visit on day 8 with  complaints of breast milk dams. The care given is to express breast milk when you feel full and breastfeed your baby frequently. Family planning midwifery care provided to mothers through providing counseling and evaluating maternal care in choosing contraceptives injection 3 months.

From midwifery care, the mother's pregnancy is a physiological pregnancy often occurs in primigravida mothers. Labor process with premature rupture of membranes  At the hospital, the baby's examination revealed a congenital abnormality, namely labioschizosis. On  postpartum period, breast milk dams occur. It is hoped that care can increase mothers' knowledge and experience regarding factors that play a role in the occurrence of sore nipples in postpartum mothers, so It is hoped that it can reduce the occurrence of sore nipples
