ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY “Y” DENGAN GRANDEMULTIPARA DI PMB SETIA KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological process experienced by most women, but this can be a pathological problem if pregnancy is in high risk pregnancy. One of the high-risk pregnancies is grandemultipara. Based on the results of the study conducted by Sitti Aras Diana at RSUDWALI Mandar showed, from 100 retensio cases who had the most experienced placenta retensio placenta, namely mother with a grandemultipara trench (50%). Based on data in the RKIA Sitti Khadijah of high risk pregnancy experienced by pregnant women with grandemultipara there are 51.02%. Based on data in 2023 at PMB Setia Panglegur Pamekasan is known that from 100 pregnant women are obtained by grandemultipara, namely 46 people. The Final Task Report is based on cases with sustainable orphanages in Continuity Of Care and documented it using SOAP management. Diagnosis in the Final Project is the Comprehensive Midwifery Orphanage in Ny "Y" with Grandemultipara at the PMB Setia of Pamekasan Regency. Orphanages are done in Ny" Y 42 years old GIV P3003 A000 gestational 40 weeks at Third trimester gestational visit, comprehensive orphanages starting from data collection to evaluation and positioning use ragged management. On pregnancy visits Ny Y" complained often loudly and urinate. The orphanage given to Ny "Y" is to encourage mothers to get enough rest and avoid consuming caffeinated drinks. Mother's evaluation understands and is willing to follow the midwife's advice. At labor visit, monitoring from when I arrived at IV with APN 60 steps, Ny" Y" gave birth spontaneously on March 01, 2024 at 10: 00 WIB at Loyal Prime Minister. The orphanage that takes place ± 15 minutes there is no tear in the birth canal and a baby born physiological. Mother and Family evaluation follow midwife's recommendations. Newborn visits were made 2 times with the first visit on 3 days, the baby rarely suckle because the mother does not wake the baby during sleep. The orphanage given is to recommend mothers to meet their baby's nutritional needs by providing exclusive breastfeeding as soon as possible on the demand and in 7 days including daily baby care. Mother's evaluation is willing to breastfeed her baby as soon as possible on demand. Nifas period was carried out 2 times the visit with the first 3 days of the nifas period with complaints of breast swelling and 7 days of the nifas. The orphanage given to Ny "Y" is to encourage mothers not to wear strict bras and teach breast care. Mother's evaluation understands and is willing to apply the midwife's recommendation at home. Then continued On the KB Ny Y" visit where in this case focuss on counseling and informed contraband in the selection of contraceptive devices that digunakaan and mother chose to use KB 3 months. Maternal Evaluation is willing to follow the sunti of 3 months. Based on the orphanage given to Ny "Y", it can be concluded that orphanages in sustainability are comprehensively obtained by the results of the mother and fetus state of good but in pregnancy are high risks. After being done with snacks for grandemultipara pregnant women, mothers are expected to always check their pregnancy regularly so that they can be detected early and maintain circumstances during pregnancy with grandemultipara, delivery, nifasc, neonates until family services plan. In addition, mothers are expected to remain adequate rest, consume nutritious foods and take medication according to the recommendations provided by midwives.
