GAMBARAN PEMBERIAN INFORMASI OBAT PADA PASIEN ANTI HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS TEJA PAMEKASAN PERIODE MEI 2024

Abstract

Hypertension is the disease that is most easily encountered and occurs frequently. One of the causes of hypertension is an unhealthy lifestyle, such as not eating enough fruit and vegetables, being overweight, consuming too much salt, and fast food that is high in sodium. Hypertension can also be caused by hereditary factors. The aim of this research is to determine the description of providing drug information to hypertensive patients at the UPT Puskesmas Teja Pamekasan for the period May 2024. This research is non-experimental research with data collection using total sampling techniques. This data collection uses the observation method, namely by making direct observations of patients as respondents and recording the results according to the research instrument, namely using a checklist. The sample used was 45 recipes. Based on the results of the research, the description of providing drug information is information about drug names (71%), information on drug preparations (100%), information on drug doses (100%), information on how to use drugs (100%), information on drug indications (100%). Assessments of providing poor drug information include: Information on drug storage (60%), information on contraindications (0%), information on stability (0%), information on drug side effects (0%), information on drug interactions (0%).
