Childbirth is a process of expelling the products of conception, which can live in the outside world, from the womb through the birth canal or through other means. Spontaneous delivery is a way of delivery that is generally always expected by all women. Many mothers who want to give birth through the birth canal, with minimal trauma such as perineal rupture. From the results of the examination, it was found that the mother's condition was normal BP: 90/80 mmHg in the delivery process until the puerperium period, there were no complications or problems that occurred and the health of the mother and baby was also nothing to worry about.
