Profil Penggunaan Obat Gout Atritis Pada Pasien Rawat Jalan Di Puskesmas Proppo Pamekasan Jawa Timur

Abstract

Gouty arthritis is a substance in the form of purines or waste products in the body and is the result of the breakdown of purines with the help of the enzymes guanase and xanthine oxidase. The aim of this study was to observe the profile of use of gout atritis medication in outpatients at the Proppo Pamekasan Community Health Center, East Java. The method that will be used in data analysis is a quantitative analysis method with a descriptive approach (describing in the form of words to clarify the results obtained). Data collection was carried out retrospectively using medical record data of patients diagnosed with gouty arthritis at the Proppo Pamekasan Community Health Center in the period September – November 2023. The percentage of patients with gouty arthritis at the Proppo Pamekasan Community Health Center in Late Adulthood was 12 patients with a percentage of (30.769%), 10 patients were elderly. with a percentage of (25.641%), elderly age 17 patients with a percentage of (43.589%). From this data it can be seen that cases of gouty arthritis often occur at ages 56-100 (seniors) because elderly people are susceptible to the disease. results of observation of the profile of use of gout arthritis medication in outpatients at the Proppo Pamekasan Community Health Center, East Java in the period September – November 2024 for 39 gout arthritis sufferers. The largest number of patients suffering from gout atritis were patients aged 56-100, 17 patients with a percentage of 43.589%, the most common gender was male, namely 24 patients with a percentage of 61.538%.
