Abstract

Changes that occur in pregnant women in the third trimester are normal. During pregnancy, pregnant women often have physiological complaints, one of which is back pain. Based on a study conducted at PMB "L" Jombang Regency. which looked at data on visits by pregnant women in September 2023 - January 2024, there were pregnant women with complaints including back pain (35%), vaginal discharge (20%), frequent urination (10%), and (35%) did not experience symptoms of discomfort. The purpose of this study is to carry out comprehensive midwifery care and apply complementary care to mothers from pregnancy to postpartum. The method of care for this final assignment report is continuation of care. Carried out by interviews, observations, and management of care. The results of comprehensive midwifery care and complementary care for Mrs. "K" during the third trimester of pregnancy with complaints of back pain have been resolved, normal delivery without any accompanying complications, the postpartum period is normal, with normal BBL and Neonates. The conclusion of this comprehensive midwifery care was obtained by carrying out midwifery care independently and collaboratively and with early handling, no complications were found in pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, BBL, Neonates. With the implementation of complementary care during pregnancy, mothers feel more relaxed.
