Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process and not a new thing, however in our current cultural environment doing things naturally is not always easy so it needs proper knowledge and practice. The reality in the environment around us, there are still many wrong assumptions about breastfeeding, including the number of mothers who feel their breast milk is lacking, afraid of their breasts going down. Facts show that there are 40% of women who do not breastfeed their babies because many have sore nipples.
