ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY “S” DENGAN KEKURANGAN ENERGI KRONIK DI PMB SETIA

Abstract

Pregnancy is the most memorable period for a woman because pregnancy shows that the quality of the female reproductive organ system is in normal condition and functioning properly, but it is possible for pathological events to occur that can cause pregnancy complications. Some of the complications of pregnancy that may occur include Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) which can have an impact on both the mother and the fetus. According to the Health Office in East Java in 2018, the prevalence of SEZ in non-pregnant WUS was 13.88% while WUS in pregnant women was 19.59%.

The pregnancy visit of Mrs "S" on 10-03-2022 found a problem, namely the LILA result was 22.5 cm. The care given to Mrs. "S" is to provide counseling to the mother. To encourage the mother to continue to eat nutritious foods that contain carbohydrates such as rice and bread, green vegetables, which contain protein such as eggs, meat, tofu and tempeh, to consume fruits, vegetables. - green vegetables and milk for pregnant women that have been given by midwives to increase the nutritional needs of the mother and fetus, to maintain adequate nutrition during pregnancy in a balanced composition and amount in accordance with the nutritional needs of the mother and advise mothers to continue to have their pregnancy checked regularly.

Hasil asuhan kebidanan bahwa kehamilan ibu adalah kehamilan ibu bermasalah, yaitu LILA <23,5 cm (22,5 cm).

Berdasarkan perawatan yang diberikan kepada Ibu "S" dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan yang komprehensif menghasilkan kondisi ibu dan janin yang baik, namun kehamilan ibu mengalami masalah yaitu Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) atau LILA <23,5 cm sehingga ibu disarankan untuk rutin memeriksakan kehamilannya terutama memantau LILA dan berat badan ibu, pada saat persalinan ibu disarankan untuk tidak mendorong prematur agar tidak lelah, selama masa postpartum ibu disarankan untuk melakukan kunjungan rutin minimal seminggu sekali dan pada saat keluarga berencana ibu disarankan untuk menggunakan keluarga berencana yang tidak menghambat produksi ASI, Sehingga ibu dapat meminimalisir terjadinya komplikasi baik pada kehamilan maupun keluarga berencana.
