PERMAINAN TEKA TEKI SILANG DAN PENINGKATAN LITERASI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PADA REMAJA

Abstrak

Masa remaja merupakan periode kritis dalam pembentukan perilaku sehat, termasuk literasi kesehatan reproduksi. Rendahnya literasi ini meningkatkan berbagai masalah kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja melalui media edukasi berbasis gamifikasi, yaitu permainan teka-teki silang (TTS). Kegiatan diikuti oleh 50 remaja yang dipilih secara acak. Metode pengabdian meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan , monitoring & evaluasi. Materi TTS mencakup konsep dasar kesehatan reproduksi, pencegahan kehamilan dini, infeksi menular seksual, HIV/AIDS, serta isu stigma dan perlindungan dari kekerasan seksual. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi kesehatan reproduksi yang signifikan. Persentase remaja dalam kategori “Baik” meningkat dari 46% pada pre-test menjadi 86% pada post-test. Selama kegiatan, remaja terlihat antusias, aktif berdiskusi, dan bekerja sama dalam menyelesaikan TTS. Media TTS terbukti membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan, interaktif, dan menantang, sekaligus mendorong remaja berpikir kritis dan memahami materi dengan lebih baik.  Disarankan agar program edukasi kesehatan reproduksi di sekolah dilakukan secara kontinyu dan konsisten, serta dikembangkan media kreatif lain berbasis gamifikasi untuk memperkuat literasi dan pemahaman remaja secara berkelanjutan.
